ABOUT US

Ocean State Longevity is a private-pay concierge men and women’s health clinic that is conveniently located in downtown Providence, RI, just minutes off of I-95 within The Biomed Center. You will park in a designated Biomed Center parking spot and come through the front entrance of the Biomed Center. The front desk staff will greet you and direct you to the elevator leading down to our office.

Prior to your appointment, our team will provide you with a questionnaire and information to obtain the necessary lab work.

Once you get to our office, you will be greeted by our friendly office staff who will confirm your paperwork and then introduce you to our medical staff who will go over your questionnaire, lab results and discuss your Personalized Treatment Plan. Ocean State Longevity analyzes your hormones from a biological perspective with the focus on replacing hormones for Longevity purposes, anti-aging and overall improved whole-body performance. We work closely and collaboratively with The Biomed Center where we can offer an array of different therapies if need be.

DALE SUMILANG, APRN

Dale Sumilang, APRN, is an adult acute care nurse practitioner who sees patient specialized in gastroenterology, bioidentical hormone treatment (BHRT) and personalized wellness solutions. 

She has over 15 years experience in healthcare industry starting in the field of surgical operating nurse and then intensive care unit. She is a graduate of University of Rhode Island where she earned her certification as an Adult-Gerentolgy Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) in 2021. 

She is committed to helping individuals achieve hormonal balance,  improved quality of life and long-term vitality. Her aim is to create personalized treatment plans that are safe, effective, and uniquely suited to each individual’s needs. Her goal is to empower patients to enjoy optimal health through evidence-based hormone therapies and wellness practices. 

Dale is also passionate about the aesthetic industry focusing on helping people achieve their best selves and promoting overall wellness. 

NICOLE WATTS. FNP

Nicole Watts, FNP, brings nearly a decade of nursing experience and a commitment to patient-centered care. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Nicole earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a post-master’s certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

With seven years of experience at Rhode Island Hospital, Nicole has cultivated a strong clinical foundation, providing exceptional care to a diverse range of patients. Her dedication to professional growth and passion for innovative wellness solutions make her an invaluable addition to our team.

Combining her training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and years of dedicated experience in providing compassionate, individualized care, Nicole is excited to help patients optimize their health and achieve lasting results with a comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.

  • Mike Zachareas

    MEDICAL DIRECTOR

    Dr. Michael Zachareas, a board-certified urologist, is a highly respected expert in men’s health in the Boston area. Dr. Zachareas (or Dr. Z as he is known to his patients and friends) has helped thousands of men with both testosterone replacement therapy as well as erectile dysfunction. His expertise in helping men be the very best that they can be, holding on to their vitality, is second to none in the Boston area.

  • Andrew Lenhardt, MD

    MEDICAL DIRECTOR

    Andrew Lenhardt, MD, is a board-certified physician in clinical practice for over 25 years with an extensive background in functional, integrative and longevity medicine.  He is the author of three published books: The Best of Both Worlds, Emotional Intelligence in a Complex World and A Practical Guide to Common Presenting Complaints in Primary Care.  Dr. Lenhardt is on the faculty of Tufts Medical School, Endicott College and Yale University and has been teaching medical students and nurse practitioner students for over 15 years.  He has developed the algorithms used for the RootFinder tool at Complex Health Solutions.

    Courtney is the friendly and organized backbone of Ocean State Longevity. As our Office Manager, she ensures everything runs smoothly, from handling refill requests and responding to emails to managing all the behind-the-scenes office details. With her dedication and expertise, Courtney keeps our clinic operating seamlessly and ensures our patients feel supported every step of the way.
